Our pink, Barbie-style studios are like the dollhouse of a childhood dreams. We designed them specifically so that every child would want to come back to our academy every day and fall in love with sports from their very first visit. Here, we train gymnasts starting at the beginner levels and prepare them for the Elite and Potential groups.

Professional Training Arenas

These are our facilities for children in the Elite and Potential groups. The gyms at these locations have high 10m ceilings, full-scale competition areas, and the academy’s top coaches. In these gyms, the children train for international-level competitions.

Educational System
The educational system, specifically created within the academy, helps clearly group children by age and skill level, allowing each child to participate in a group that is perfectly suited to them, and enabling parents to clearly understand their child’s progress and development plan.

Founder & CEO
Milana Smit
Milana Smith founded her first rhythmic gymnastics academy in Ukraine and later founded Smith Academy in UAE. She is a true professional in rhythmic gymnastics who has dedicated a significant part of her life to this sport. Milana knows rhythmic gymnastics from the inside and understands exactly how to build a truly professional and special academy, from the quality of training and coaches to every important detail. For Milana, Smith Academy is not simply a business. It is a part of her life and something she truly loves.

Mariia
Maria oversees the academy’s operations from beginning to end, making sure that every process meets the highest standards. From building and coordinating the team to overseeing the smallest details of daily operations. Her professionalism, attention to detail and strong organisational skills help create an academy where everything is structured, polished and thoughtfully managed. Maria knows exactly what it takes to build a professional environment and makes sure that Smith Academy remains a special place for both our gymnasts and their families.

Ekaterina manages two of our professional locations Jumeirah and Dubai Hills. She pays special attention to every family and gymnast. Her attentive and professional approach helps create a comfortable, organised and welcoming environment at both locations.

Focuses not only on results, but on the quality of achieving them. Pays special attention to clean technique, correct execution and understanding of every movement. Her goal is for every gymnast to perform confidently, accurately and beautifully.
